Time to put those muscle to the test!
It’s the time of the year again, the annual Penang Bridge International Marathon is happening this weekend! Time to put on your running boots and join in the fun!
Almost every year it was commented as dreadful to drive to the marathon site as there will be limited parking space and major road closures. So why not try taking public transport instead?
Rapid Penang & Rapid Ferry had extended their operation hours to help runners go to the marathon with ease!
Here are the details.
1) Cross-Straits Service
Rapid Ferry will run round the clock on night of 23rd to the morning of 24th, every hour from 9pm to 5am. Normal weekend schedule as usual outside the spiculated timeframe.
The First Penang Bridge (Jambatan Pulau Pinang) will be closed to traffic on the said night.
2) Shuttle Service to race site
Rapid Penang will provide shuttle service between Jeti A to Komtar and Komtar to Race Site at Queensbay mall on night of 23rd to morning of 24th.
