UC Blue Line Rail Tie Replacement Construction – Single Tracking Operation

Passengers riding on the UC San Diego Blue Line service will experience delays both directions between the 8th St. & E St. Trolley stations, Monday August 1, thru Saturday August 6, 2016.

Trains will operate at a reduced 10 MPH, so we recommend that passengers plan accordingly and schedule extra time during this time.

    August 1 – 5, 2016 (9:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Northbound – trains will activate doors to the platform side (train operator’s right) at the E St., 24th St. and 8th St. Trolley stations.
Southbound – trains will stop at the east end of the platform and activate doors to the platform side (train operator’s left) at 8th St., 24th St and E St. Trolley stations.
