Late night delays between Union City and Fremont stations Sunday-Thursday nights and some weekends.
On most Sunday-Thursday evenings until the end of August between 9pm and closing, we will continue important electrical work near our tracks at Union City and Fremont. We will also do this work all day Saturday & Sunday August 6&7 and all day, Sunday, August 28. This will cause 20-40 minute delays for passengers travelling to these stations as the trains will have to single-track and slow through the work area.
The work may also cause delays for timed meets at 19th Street Station for passengers transferring between the Pittsburg/Bay Point Line and the Fremont Line.
