Temporary Disruptions to “Superbus” Service, Wednesday, Feb 4, 2026

Due to a driver’s strike announced by the workers’ union, Superbus services will be suspended in many cities across the country on Wednesday, Feb 4, 2026, between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

🚌 Superbus Lines in the North, Center, and Jerusalem

Service will be temporarily halted in the following areas (including both urban and intercity lines):

  • Jerusalem
  • Haifa (Metronit)
  • Gush Dan: Holon and Petah Tikva
  • Northern Region: Afula, Tiberias, Yokneam, Beit She’an, and Migdal HaEmek
  • Carmel Villages: Isfiya and Daliyat al-Karmel

🚌 Please Note!

The strike is expected to end at 12:00 PM, though delays may occur as service gradually returns to normal in the following hours.

Other transit agencies (such as Egged, Dan, Kavim, and Metropoline) and Israel Railways will operate as usual, though heavy crowding is expected on alternative routes.

Full bus service is expected to resume starting from 12:00 PM.
