Here’s the update on scheduled trackwork affecting services. Plan your trip and work out any extra travel time you need.
T1 North Shore Line
Monday 17 to Thursday 20 June
- Nightly from 10pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Hornsby and Central.
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June
- Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Wynyard.
T1 Western & Richmond Line
Sunday 16 June
- From 2am until 10.30am, Penrith trains make an extra stop at Burwood.
Monday 17 to Thursday 20 June
- Nightly from 10pm until 2am, trains start and end at Central, platforms 1-12, due to trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line.
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June
- Penrith trains run to a changed timetable between Emu Plains or Penrith and the City Circle, from Central first stop Museum. If you are travelling to T1 North Shore Line stations please change at Wynyard for a bus.
T2 Inner West and Leppington Line✈️
Sunday 16 June
- From 2am until 10.30am, buses replace Homebush trains between Ashfield and Central.
- Leppington trains make extra stops at Homebush and Croydon.
T3 Bankstown Line
Sunday 16 June
- From 2am until 10.30am, trains run between Liverpool or Lidcombe and Sydenham only.
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June
- Buses replace trains between Cabramatta, Lidcombe and Sydenham via Bankstown.
T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line
Sunday 16 June
- From 2am until 10.30am, trains make extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville.
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June
- All Waterfall and some Cronulla trains make extra stops at Erskineville and St Peters.
Sunday 23 June
- From 12.30am until 5.30am, buses replace trains between Hurstville and Central.
T9 Northern Line
Monday 17 to Thursday 20 June
- Nightly from 10pm until 2am, trains start and end at Central, platforms 1-12, due to trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line.
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June
- Trains run to a changed timetable between Berowra or Hornsby and the City Circle via Strathfield.
Central Coast & Newcastle Line
Monday 17 until Thursday 20 June
- Nightly from 9.25pm until 3.15am, buses replace trains between Hornsby and Gosford.
South Coast Line
Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June
- Buses replace trains between Bomaderry and Wollongong.
Trains runs to the normal timetable between Port Kembla, Wollongong and the City.
Sunday 23 June
- From 12.30am until 5.30am, buses replace trains between Sutherland and Central.
