    Here’s the update on scheduled trackwork affecting services. Plan your trip and work out any extra travel time you need. 

    City Circle🏙

    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Trains run in one direction only, from Central first stop Town Hall.

    T1 North Shore Line

    Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August
    • Nightly from 9.50pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Hornsby and Central.
    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Wynyard.

    T1 Western Line

    Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August
    • Nightly from 9.50pm until 2am, trains start and end at Central, platforms 1-12, due to trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line.
    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Penrith trains run between Penrith and Central, platforms 1-12.
    • On Sunday from 6.30am until 10.30am, Richmond trains run between Richmond and Granville only.

    T2 Inner West and Leppington Line✈️

    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Some trains run to a changed timetable around the City Circle.

    T3 Bankstown Line

    ​Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Trains run between Liverpool or Lidcombe and Sydenham only, some to a changed timetable.

    T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line

    ​Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • All Cronulla and some Waterfall trains make extra stops at Erskineville and St Peters.

    T8 Airport & South Line

    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern.

    T9 Northern Line

    Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August
    • Nightly from 9.50pm until 2am, trains start and end at Central, platforms 1-12, due to trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line.
    Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
    • Trains run to a changed timetable between Berowra or Hornsby and Central, platforms 1-12, via Strathfield.

    Blue Mountains Line 🛤 

    Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August
    • Nightly from 7.30pm until 11.30pm, buses replace trains between Lithgow and Penrith.
