Here’s the update on scheduled trackwork affecting services. Plan your trip and work out any extra travel time you need.
City Circle
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Trains run in one direction only, from Central first stop Museum.
T1 Western Line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Buses replace trains between St Marys and Granville, and between Richmond and Granville.
T2 Inner West & Leppington Line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Leppington trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington and Central, platforms 1-12, and will not stop at Ashfield. T1 Western Line trains make an extra stop at Ashfield.
T3 Bankstown Line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Trains run around the City Circle in one direction only, from Central first stop Museum.
T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line
Monday 16 to Thursday 19 November
- Nightly from 9.40pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Bondi Junction and Central.
T5 Cumberland Line
Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 November
- Nightly from 9.10pm until 1.30am, some trains run to a changed timetable between Richmond and Granville, and between Granville and Leppington only.
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Buses replace trains between Richmond and Granville.
T8 Airport & South Line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Trains run from Macarthur or Revesby to the City via the Airport, in that direction only.
- Trains from the City to Revesby or Macarthur run via Sydenham.
Blue Mountains Line
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November
- Buses replace trains between Penrith and Central.
- Buses also replace T1 Western Line trains between St Marys, Richmond and Granville.
- On Monday, the 03:42 Lithgow to Bathurst service will leave Lithgow at 04:15.
Hunter Line
Tuesday 17 to Friday 20 November
- From 4am Tuesday until 7.30am Friday, buses replace trains between Scone and Maitland.
- On Tuesday and Wednesday, nightly from 7.20pm until 4.30am, buses replace trains between Scone, Telarah and Newcastle Interchange.
South Coast Line
Saturday 21 November
- From 8am until 4pm, at Stanwell Park, trains towards Central leave from platform 2, not platform 1.
Sunday 22 November
- From 8am until 4pm, at Coledale, Wombarra and Scarborough, trains towards Central leave from platform 2, not platform 1.
