Here is our weekly trackwork update to help you get around Sydney and regional NSW. There will be some changes to services so that we can carry out important works to improve the network. While most services are running as normal, please check if any of the following changes affect you.
T2 Inner West & South Line
Monday 22 – Thursday 25 February
Nightly from 21:50 to 01:00 the next day, buses replace trains between Ashfield and Central. Trains run between Homebush and Central but do not stop at stations Summer Hill to Macdonaldtown.
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February
Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Campbelltown, Homebush and the City.
Blue Mountains Line
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February
Trains may run up to 10 minutes later than normal due to trackwork between Homebush and Central.
On Saturday night from 22:00 to 06:00 Sunday morning, trains run around the City Circle and leave from the suburban platforms at Central.
Hunter Line
Tuesday 23 – Friday 26 February
From 04:00 Tuesday to 07:30 Friday, buses replace trains between Scone and Maitland and some trains between Telarah and Maitland. Trains between Dungog, Maitland and Hamilton may run up to 15 minutes later than the normal timetable.
Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 February
Nightly from 19:20 to 04:30 the next day, buses replace trains between Scone and Hamilton and also between Telarah, Maitland and Hamilton then continue to Newcastle.
Southern Highlands Line
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February
Buses replace trains between Goulburn and Campbelltown. Some express buses also run to Central and return.
