On Saturday 23 March and Sunday 24 March, there will be changes to travel on the Gold Coast line between Helensvale and Varsity Lakes due to Cross River Rail works.
- There will be timetable changes and you may need to change trains.
- Train and bus connections will be impacted, please make sure you allow extra travel time.

Travel from Varsity Lakes, Robina or Nerang
- Trains will leave from Varsity Lakes 10 minutes earlier and arrive at Helensvale station 10 minutes earlier than usual.
- You will need to change trains at Helensvale station to continue your journey.
- Trains traveling from Helensvale station towards the city will not be impacted.
Travel to Nerang, Robina or Varsity Lakes
- You will need to transfer to a Varsity Lakes train at Helensvale station to continue your journey.
- Trains will leave Helensvale station 15 minutes later and arrive 15 minutes later than usual.
- Train and bus connections will be impacted.
- Please allow extra travel time.
Travel from Ormeau to Helensvale
- Trains traveling from Ormeau to Helensvale will run seven minutes later than usual.
- Train and bus connections will be impacted.
- Please allow extra travel time.
