Extensive track construction works will be carried out at Central Station (Bahnhofplatz). Therefore several tram lines have to be diverted, connected with other lines or cut off.
Network modifications
Tram 12
Operates on the enlarged route Scheidplatz – Leonrodplatz – Romanplatz – Amalienburgstraße and replaces suspended tram 17 between Romanplatz and Amalienburgstraße.
Tram 16
Operates St. Emmeram – Max-Weber-Platz – Isartor – Sendlinger Tor – Karlsplatz (Stachus) and Romanplatz – Hackerbrücke only.
Please use S-Bahn services between Isartor resp. Central Station and Hackerbrücke. Trains operate in a 10 minutes headway between Romanplatz and Hackerbrücke only.

Tram N16
Replacement buses operate instead of nighttram N16 between Karlsplatz (Stachus) and Amalienburgstraße.
Buses towards Amalienburgstraße depart at Karlsplatz Nord from a temporary stop at Prielmayerstraße, next to the tram stops (exit L).
The Central Station stop at Bahnhofplatz cannot be served by the replacement services. Please get off / board at Karlsplatz Nord or Hauptbahnhof Nord instead.

Tram 17
NO SERVICE
The stops will be served as follows:
- Amalienburgstraße – Romanplatz: tram 12
- Romanplatz – Hackerbrücke: tram 16
- Hauptbahnhof Süd – Karlsplatz (Stachus) – Sendlinger Tor – Ostfriedhof – Schwanseestraße: replacement tram 39
Please use S-Bahn services between Hackerbrücke and Karlsplatz (Stachus). The stops Hopfenstraße, Hauptbahnhof Nord and Central Station (Bahnhofplatz) will be suspended.
Tram 19
Operates St.-Veit-Straße – Ostbahnhof – Max-Weber-Platz – Theatinerstraße – Karlsplatz (Stachus) only.
The west section to / from Pasing Bf. will be served by replacement tram 39 (Pasing Bf. – Lautensackstraße – Hauptbahnhof Süd – Karlsplatz (Stachus) – Sendlinger Tor – Ostfriedhof – Schwanseestraße).
The stops at Karlsplatz Nord (Prielmayerstraße) and Central Station (Bahnhofplatz) will be suspended.

Tram N19
Tram N19 operates Pasing Bf. – St.-Veit-Straße but cannot serve the Central Station (Bahnhofplatz) stop.
At Karlsplatz (Stachus) trains depart from the stops at Sonnenstraße (towards Pasing Bf. from platform 1, towards St.-Veit-Straße from platform 3).
Due to the diversion the Sendlinger Tor stop will be served additionally.
Tram 20, 21, 22, N20
Operate Moosach Bf. (Westfriedhof / Hochschule München) – Hauptbahnhof Nord – Karlsplatz Nord (Prielmayerstraße, exit K) .
The stops at Karlsplatz (Stachus) – Bayerstraße, in front of Galeria Kaufhof – and Central Station (Bahnhofplatz) will be suspended.

Tram 27, 28
Tram lines 27 and 28 operate Petuelring / Scheidplatz – Kurfürstenplatz – Pinakotheken – Karlsplatz Nord (Prielmayerstraße, exit J).
The Sendlinger Tor stop will be suspended.
Please use tram lines 16, 18 and 39 between Sendlinger Tor and Karlsplatz (Stachus).
Tram 39
Linienweg Pasing Bf. – Lautensackstraße – Hauptbahnhof Süd – Karlsplatz (Stachus) – Sendlinger Tor – Ostfriedhof – Schwanseestraße
Operates between Pasing Bf. and Schwanseestraße via Lautensackstraße – Hauptbahnhof Süd – Karlsplatz (Stachus) – Sendlinger Tor – Ostfriedhof and replaces tram 17 in the south and tram 19 in the west section.
