TTC Service Adjustments

    38 Highland Creek/938 Highland Creek Express

    Service will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customer drop off and pick up will be at Bay 14 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    Service will be adjusted Monday-Friday between 7 and 10 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., on Saturdays between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. and on Sundays between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. and 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. to match customer demand.

    43 Kennedy/343 Kennedy Night Bus

    Service will be relocated to the new stop on the northeast corner of Kennedy Road at Ellesmere Road.

    At Scarborough Centre Station, the 43B will continue to drop off customers and pick up them up at Bay 14.

    At Kennedy Station, the 43A, 43C and 343 will continue to drop off and pick up customers at Bay 9 on Platform A.

    129 McCowan North

    Service will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customer drop off and pick up will be at Bay 13 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    Service will be improved Monday to Friday in the morning period from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., with buses scheduled to arrive every 21 minutes. Service will also be adjusted by approximately one to three minutes in most time periods to match customer demand.

    131 Nugget

    Service will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customers will be dropped off and picked up at Bay 13 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    Service will be enhanced during the morning peak period from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., on weekdays, with buses arriving every 21 minutes. Additionally, service will be adjusted by approximately one to three minutes in most time periods to match customer demand.

    133 Neilson

    Service will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customers will be dropped off and picked up at Bay 14 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    Service will be adjusted by one to five minutes on weekends in most time periods to match customer demand.

    903 Kennedy Stn-Scarborough Express

    903 Kennedy-Scarborough Centre Express will be renamed 903 Kennedy Stn-Scarborough Express and will continue to drop customers off and pick them up at Bay 11 on Platform B at Kennedy Station.

    Service will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Centennial College on weekdays and weekends in most time periods.

    Service will be removed from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday-Friday. The frequency of service will also be reduced in all time periods.

    Service Monday-Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and on weekends between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. will only operate between Kennedy Station and Scarborough Centre due to reduced travel demand to Centennial College.

    939 Finch Express

    Service on 939A (Finch Stn-Scarborough Centre Stn Express) and 939B (Finch West Stn-Scarborough Centre Express) will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customers will be dropped off and picked up at Bay 12 on Platform Service will be adjusted by approximately one minute Monday-Friday in the morning and afternoon peak periods (6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and on Saturdays between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. to match customer demand.

    985 Sheppard East Express

    Service on 985A (Don Mills Stn-Scarborough Centre Stn) will be extended from Scarborough Centre Station to Kennedy Station along the bus lane priority route southbound on Midland Avenue and northbound on Kennedy Road.

    At Kennedy Station, customers will be dropped off and picked up at Bay 11 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    21 Brimley

    Service will be improved by eight minutes on weekdays and weekends between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. to reduce wait times and provide more room on board for customers travelling between Kennedy and Scarborough Centre stations.

    Service will be relocated to the new stop on the southeast corner of Brimley Road at Ellesmere Road.

    134 Progress/913 Progress Express

    Service on 134C/913 (Scarborough Centre Stn-Centennial College) will be removed and replaced by the new service on 903 Kennedy Stn-Centennial College Express.

    At Kennedy Station, customers will be dropped off and picked up at Bay 11 on Platform B in the new terminal.

    Service on 134D (Scarborough Centre Stn-Finch via Centennial College) will be adjusted by one minute Monday-Friday in most time periods to match customer demand.

    954 Lawrence East Express

    At Kennedy Station, customers will continue to be dropped off and picked up at Bay 8 on Platform A in the main terminal.

    The stop on Lawrence Avenue East at Midland Ave will be removed. Westbound buses will stop at the new bus platform on the southbound far side of Midland Avenue at Lawrence Avenue East.

    996 Wilson Express

    Service will be extended from Ellesmere Station to Scarborough Centre Station to connect with routes included in the Line 3 Bus Replacement Plan.

    At Scarborough Centre Station, customers can board at Bay 17.

    Service at Ellesmere Station will no longer be provided, since the station is closed.

    501/301 Queen

    • Completion of King-Queen-Queensway-Roncesvalles (KQQR) construction.

    On October 29, 2023, 501A Queen streetcars resumed service to Humber Loop. Effective Sunday, November 19, 2023, 507 Long Branch streetcars will be reintroduced and will operate between Long Branch Loop and Humber Loop. Customers will have to transfer between 507 Long Branch streetcars and 501A Queen streetcars at Humber Loop eastbound Queen Street and McCaul which is a short walk to Line 1. 501L Queen and 501M Queen replacement buses will be removed from service.

    501B Queen replacement bus service between Queen Street and Broadview Avenue and Queen Street and Bathurst Street will continue to operate due to Metrolinx Ontario Line construction.

    301 Queen Night service will continue to be served by replacement buses and will run between Neville Park and Long Branch Loop. Customers do not need to transfer between vehicles.

    Streetcars and buses along Queen Street will continue to arrive every 10 minutes except for 301 Queen Night bus, which will operate every 30 minutes and will increase to every 20 minutes starting in spring 2024.

    504/304 King

    • Bus service along Broadview Avenue reinstated.

    504/505 King/Dundas replacement bus service will operate from Broadview Station, along Broadview Avenue to King Street and Parliament streets. Customers looking to connect from a 504/505 King/Dundas replacement bus to a 504 King streetcar, can do so at King Street and Parliament streets.

    504A King streetcars will operate between Dundas West Station and Distillery Loop due to track renewal at Broadview Station.

    504B King streetcars will operate between Roncesvalles and Queen and Distillery Loop due to track renewal at Dufferin Gate Loop.

    304 King night buses will operate between Dundas West Station and Broadview Station.

    Replacement buses and streetcars will operate every 10 minutes or sooner

    506/306 Carlton

    • Service improvement

    506 Carlton streetcar service will be improved between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday- Friday and between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, to reduce waits and provide more room on board.

    507 Long Branch

     

    • Schedule change – service restoration

    Schedules will be adjusted in most time periods to improve service reliability.

    8 Broadview

    • Routing change

    The 8 Broadview will be permanently extended to Warden Station via O’Connor Drive and St Clair Avenue East. Wait times between buses will increase in all times of the day by a few minutes except between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.

    31 Greenwood

    • Routing change

    The 31 Greenwood will now end at Queen Street East and Eastern Avenue and will no longer stop at Coxwell Avenue and Queen Street.

    31 Greenwood will continue to extend to Coxwell Station due to the elevator construction at Greenwood Station.

    37 Islington

    • Service improvement

    Service on the 37A (Islington Stn-Woodbine Centre) and 37B (Islington Stn-Steeles) will be improved by four to seven minutes between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Friday and between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

    48 Rathburn (Effective Monday, November 20, 2023)

    • Changes to bus departure times from Michael Power/St Joseph’s Highschool

    48 Rathburn departure times from Michael/Power St Joseph’s Highschool will change and buses will leave at 2:35 p.m. and 2:40 p.m., to align with the end of school times.

    50 Burnhamthorpe

    • Service improvement

    Service on the 50 Burnhamthorpe will improve by three to nine minutes on Saturday’s between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m.

    52 Lawrence West

    • Routing change due to Lawrence Station construction

    The 52 Lawrence West will be extended to Eglinton Station and will temporarily bypass Lawrence Station due to ongoing construction. Customers can board the 52 Lawrence West buses at the 52

    Lawrence West sign in the bus bay at Eglinton Station. Buses will service Eglinton Station via Avenue Road and Eglinton Avenue West in both directions.

    Service will be increased on the 52G (Lawrence West Stn-Martin Grove via the Westway) Monday to Friday between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on Saturdays between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Additional buses will operate on the 52 Lawrence West route Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

    62 Mortimer

    • Service adjustment

    Service on the 62 Mortimer will be adjusted by one to five minutes in all times of the day Monday to Saturday. Service levels will remain unchanged on Sundays.

    66 Prince Edward

    • Service improvement

    Service on the 66A (Old Mill Stn-Humber) will be improved Monday to Friday between 6:30 to 10 p.m. by six minutes. Service frequency on the 66B (Old Mill Stn-Lake Shore) will improve by six minutes Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.

    70 O’Connor

    • Routing change

    The 70C (Coxwell Stn-Warden Stn) will be permanently removed from St Clair Avenue East. Customers wishing to travel to Broadview or Warden stations via St. Clair Ave East can board an 8 Broadview bus from Coxwell Station.

    72 Pape

    • Routing change

    The 72A Pape will return to ending at Eastern Avenue and Carlaw Avenue and will not serve King Street and Parliament Street. Bus service will resume at Pape Station at the 72 Pape platform, arriving every 10 minutes or sooner.

    77 Swansea

    • Service improvement

    Service on the 77 Swansea will be improved by five minutes Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.

    90 Vaughan

    • Routing change

    90 Vaughan buses will operate via Bathurst Street and Vaughan Road, due to streetcar track work at Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue West Customers wishing to board the 90 Vaughan bus at Bathurst and St. Clair West should walk one block west to Vaughan Road, where they can board the bus heading north or south.

    121 Esplanade-River

    • Service resumes to Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital

    Service on the 121 Esplanade-River will resume to Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital due to the completion of construction along Broadview Avenue.

    124 Sunnybrook

    • Routing change due to Lawrence Station construction

    124 Sunnbrook buses will stop outside of Lawrence Station at Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue to pick customers up and drop them off, due to Easier Access construction at Lawrence Station that has closed the bus terminal until fall 2024. The 124 Sunnybrook route will end at Old Orchard Grove and Avenue Road.

    162 Lawrence-Donway

    • Routing change due to Lawrence Station construction

    162 Lawrence-Donway buses will stop outside of Lawrence Station at Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue to pick customers up and drop them off, due to Easier Access construction at Lawrence Station that has closed the bus terminal until fall 2024. The 162 Lawrence-Donway route will end at Old Orchard Grove and Avenue Road.

    952 Lawrence West Express

    • Routing change

    952 Lawrence West Express buses will not serve Lawrence Station and will end at Eglinton Station, due to Easier Access construction. 952 Lawrence West Express buses will operate express between Lawrence Avenue West and Avenue Road and Eglinton Station.

    Service frequency will improve by two minutes Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.

    954 Lawrence East Express

    • Routing change

    Routing on the 954 Lawrence East Express will change so that buses can stop at Midland Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East. This will allow customers to connect more easily with Line 3 replacement bus routes servicing the same stop.

    Previous
