Dear riders,

We have collected several public transit changes that are worth getting to know about this week.

馃殑 Rail service changes in Haifa, Friday, January 20

Due to maintenance works in Haifa, the Haifa Hof HaCarmel station will be closed for service on Friday, January 20. Trains on the following lines will start and end their ride at Haifa Bat Galim station: Carmel – Haifa Hof HaCarmel,聽Beit Shean – Haifa Hof HaCarmel, and聽Nahariya – Haifa Hof HaCarmel.

On this day, free shuttles will be operating between Haifa Hof HaCarmel and Haifa Merkaz Hasmona stations (in both directions) every 30 minutes from 06:10 to 13:40.

Service will return to normal on Saturday night, January 21.


鈿狅笍 Saturday, January 21 – Service changes due to demonstrations in several locations

On Saturday night, January 21, a demonstration will take place in HaBima Square in Tel Aviv. Starting at noon, many streets in the central Tel Aviv area will be blocked and many bus lines will skip stops in the area.

Blockades are also expected at additional locations in Haifa (Horev center), Jerusalem (Beit Hanasi), Beer Sheva, and Modi’in.

It is recommended to plan your trip in advance.聽


馃殞 A new express line to the office (242 Bat Yam <-> Ramat Hahayal)

Starting Tuesday, January 10th, a new line of ‘Dan‘ company will operate connecting Bat-Yam Center, Tel Aviv Expo, Ramat Hahayal, and Atidim through Ayalon highways. The frequency of the line will be every 10-15 during peak hours.

Moovit is updated with the latest changes that are being published by the bus operators and the Ministry of Transportation.
