Masks compulsory on all public transit means

Dear riders,

We have collected several public-transit updates that are worth getting to know:

 

🚌 New shuttles for Israel Railway riders!

As of Wednesday, June 23, free shuttles are operating for Israel Railways riders due to train lines that are closed on weekday evenings (Sunday – Thursday).

The shuttles are operating as follows:

 

Between Tel Aviv Savidor Center – Beit Yehoshua – Netanya – Binyamina stations (departures: 22:30, 23:00).

Between Binyamina and Tel Aviv Savidor Center stations (departures: 22:00, 23:00).

Between Tel Aviv Savidor Center – Rehovot – Ashdod stations (departures: 20:40, 21:10, 21:40, 22:10).

Between Rehovot stations – Tel Aviv Savidor Center (departures: 20:40, 21:10, 21:40, 22:10).

 

The shuttles are available in the trip plan and more info can be found in the ‘Lines’ tab under the ‘Shuttles section.


🚋 The Light Rail in Jerusalem – Extended Operating Hours

Starting last Thursday and throughout the summer, the Light Rail in Jerusalem will operate on Thursdays until 02:00.


😷 Don’t forget your mask 

As of last Friday, June 25, and until further notice, it is mandatory to wear a mask on all public transportation means and facilities.


Metropolin Night Lines 

Starting Thursday, July 1, and throughout the summer, the night lines will operate in an increased format.


Moovit is updated with the latest changes released by the Ministry of Transportation.
