Metrorail Weekday Service Updates (April 11th – April 13th):
- Red Line – Trains every 6-10 minutes
- Orange Line – Trains every 10-15 minutes
- Blue & Silver Lines – Trains every 12-15 minutes
- Yellow & Green Lines – Trains every 8 minutes
Metrorail Weekend Service Updates (April 20th – April 21st)
- During the weekend Metro will resume weekend maintenance & construction
- Free shuttle buses will replace trains between Stadium-Armory & Benning Road on the Blue & Silver lines & also between Stadium-Armory & Minnesota Ave on the Orange Line
- Blue Line service will operate in two segments, between Franconia-Springfield & Federal Center SW & between Benning Road & Downtown Largo – Riders traveling to/from stations beyond Federal Center SW should transfer to/from the Silver Line & use free shuttle buses between Stadium-Armory & Benning Road
Metrobus Service Updates:
- Route 16Y Westbound bus stop closure at Constitution Ave NW at 20th St April 17th through April 18th
- Routes 7A, 10A, 16A, 16C, 16E, 22A, DASH 35 will operate on a detour due to construction where access to Pentagon Transit Center will be blocked April 20th & April 21st

Montgomery County Ride-On
- Upcoming Service Changes on May 5th
- Routes 5, 34, 39, 76, 83, 97 & 98 all will have increased service due to higher demand
Arlington Transit
- ART is running on a regular schedule
- Columbia Pike Multimodal Project, Segment F – Bus Stop Relocations
For 3-4 months, the Westbound bus stop on Columbia Pike & S. Taylor St. (6000191) will temporarily relocate to the corner of Columbia Pike & S. Wakefield St. affecting Route 41 - For 3-4 months, the Westbound bus stop on Columbia Pike & S. George Mason Dr. (6000203) will temporarily relocate approximately 400 FT West, adjacent to the Harris Teeter grocery store affecting Route 41
Alexandria DASH Bus
- Dash Bus running on a regular schedule
- DASH 35 will operate on a detour due to construction where access to Pentagon Transit Center will be blocked April 20th & April 21st
- Buses will operate between Van Dorn Station (Bus Bay C) & a bus stop located on S Hayes St at 12th St S (Pentagon City Zone A4)
- Please plan ahead accordingly
Hampton Roads Transit
- The Norfolk State Light Rail Station, the Westbound stairwell (side closest to bus shelters) is out of service until further notice
- Due to construction, Routes 20 & 29 will be unable to service stop 1085 First Colonial RD & Laskin RD
- Due to construction on Effingham Street at the I-264 interchange, Route 45 going to the Norfolk Transit Center will detour until further notice
- Elizabeth River Ferry has suspended its regular service until further notice. Bus shuttle service will be provided between the impacted ferry landings.

Local Bus:

Commuter Bus:

- MTA Commuter Bus will not be able to serve the 19th Street stop between Pennsylvania Ave & H Street, NW through Friday, April 19, 2024

- MARC Brunswick Line – Waiting room at Rockville Station will be closed for maintenance until further notice
