SBS, SMRT, Tower Transit & Go-Ahead Singapore will extend the operating hours of its train and selected bus services on the eve of Vesak Day, 9 May 2017.

Service 83 will terminate at Sengkang Interchange.
In addition, service 130A will be in operation to supplement Service 130.
It will operate from the Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange and terminate at the bus stop along Sin Ming Road in front of Blk 25 (53189) on these two days:
- 1.33pm – 11.21pm, 9 May 2017 (Tuesday)
- 7.26am – 4.46pm , 10 May 2017 (Wednesday)
