We have collected several public transit changes that are worth getting to know about this weekend.

πŸš† Israel Railway

Changes in Train Traffic in the Ashkelon Area, April 4-6, 2024

Due to track maintenance and upgrade infrastructure works, changes will apply to train traffic in the Ashkelon area, starting Thursday, April 4, 2024 until Saturday April 6, 2024 (inclusive).

Trains on the Ashkelon-Tel Aviv line and the Ashkelon-Binyamina line will start and end their journey at Ashdod station. The trains will not operate between the Ashkelon and Ashdod stations.

Free shuttles will operate between the closed stations.

Train traffic will return to normal on Sunday, April 7, 2024.

Saturday night, April 6th – Service changes due to a rally:

On Saturday night, April 6th, a rally will take place at Kaplan intersection area in Tel Aviv and blockades will be made on Shaul Hamelech, Menachem Begin and Dubnov streets.

Starting at noon, many streets in the area will be blocked, and bus lines will skip stops in the area.

Bus lines with route changes:

Metropoline – 68, 28, 370, 380, 378, 501, 249, 278, 445, 36, 56, 55, 532, 601, 602, 605, 567, 575, 148, 123, 124, 26, 126.

Kavim – 111, 460, 462, 500, 502.

Saturday night, April 6th – Service changes due to a demonstration

On Saturday, April 6th, a demonstration will take place at the Horev Center in Haifa.

Starting at noon, many streets in these areas will be blocked, and bus lines will skip stops in the area.Β 

Bus lines with route changes:

Egged – 23, 28, 37 123, 133, 200, 208, 136, 784, 11, 23A, 33A, 37A.

Saturday night, April 6th – Service changes due to a demonstration

On Saturday, April 6th, a demonstration will take place at Derech Azza, Kaplan and Zusman streets in Jerusalem.

Starting at noon, many streets in these areas will be blocked, and bus lines will skip stops in the area.Β 

Bus lines with route changes:

Egged – 22, 9, 19, 17, 13, 35, 430, 14, 7, 7א.

Superbus – 97, 90, 92, 517.
