- Belgrave, Glen Waverley and Lilydale line trains will run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop from 9pm to last service each night from Monday 12 February to Wednesday 14 February.
Craigieburn, Sunbury and Upfield Lines
- Craigieburn, Sunbury and Upfield trains terminate and originate at Southern Cross Station from 9pm to last service each night from Monday 12 February to Wednesday 14 February.
Cranbourne and Pakenham Lines
- Buses replace Cranbourne and Pakenham line trains between Caulfield and Westall stations from 8.30pm to 11.30pm on Friday 9 February.

- Route 57 will be affected by a permanent tram stop closure at Stop 17 Molesworth Street from Monday 28 August.

V/Line
All V/Line train lines
- V/Line train services across the state will be disrupted between 3am and 7am on Monday 12 February and Friday 16 February.
Albury and Seymour Lines
- Coaches will replace trains for the entire journey between Southern Cross and Albury on Monday 5 February.
- Coaches replace select evening trains on the Seymour Line for the entire journey from Sunday 11 February to Tuesday 13 February.
Bairnsdale and Traralgon Lines
- Coaches replace select Bairnsdale and Traralgon line trains for all or part of the journey at various times from Sunday 28 January to Wednesday 14 February.
Geelong and Warrnambool Lines
- Temporary speed restrictions will be in place on the Warrnambool Line from Monday 15 January to Friday 19 April.
- Coaches replace Geelong Line trains for part of the journey from Saturday 3 February to Sunday 11 February.
- Coaches replace trains on the Warrnambool Line for all or part of the journey from Saturday 3 February to Sunday 11 February.
