Belgrave and Lilydale Lines
- Belgrave and Lilydale line trains will terminate and originate at Burnley from 9pm to last service on Sunday 23 July.
Craigieburn Lines
- Craigieburn Line trains will run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop, each night from Sunday 23 July to Wednesday 26 July.
Cranbourne and Pakenham Lines
- Cranbourne and Pakenham line trains run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop from 9pm to last service each night, Monday 10 July to Thursday 13 July.
- Buses replace trains between Richmond (Burnley) and Oakleigh from 12:05am Saturday 15 July to last service Sunday 16 July.
- Cranbourne and Pakenham line trains run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop from 9pm to last service each night, Monday 17 July to Wednesday 19 July.
- Buses replace trains between Richmond (Burnley) and Oakleigh from 12:05am Saturday 22 July to last service Sunday 23 July.
Frankston Line
- Express trains along the Frankston Line will be replaced with trains stopping all stations, from Monday 12 December 2022 to mid-2023.
- Buses replace trains between Flinders Street (Arts Centre) and Moorabbin from first service on Friday 30 June to 10.30pm Friday 14 July.
- Buses replace Frankston Line trains between South Yarra and Moorabbin stations from 10pm Friday 14 July to last service Sunday 16 July.
- Buses replace trains between Flinders Street (Arts Centre) and Moorabbin from first service on Monday 17 July to last service on Sunday 23 July.
Glen Waverley Line
- Glen Waverley Line trains will run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop, from 9pm to last service on Sunday 23 July.
Hurstbridge Line
- Buses replace trains between Heidelberg and Greensborough stations from 8.30pm Friday 21 July to 8.30pm Sunday 23 July.
Hurstbridge and Mernda Lines
- Buses replace trains between Parliament and Epping stations from 10.30pm Friday 14 July to last service Sunday 16 July.
- Buses replace trains between Parliament and Heidelberg stations from 10.40pm Friday 14 July to last service Sunday 16 July.
- Buses replace trains between Parliament, Macleod and Reservoir stations from 8.40pm to last service each night, Monday 17 July to Wednesday 19 July.
- Buses replace trains between Parliament and Greensborough stations from 8.30pm to last service on Sunday 23 July.
Stony Point Line
- From Monday 12 December 2022 to mid-2023, there will be minor connection wait time increases between the Frankston and Stony Point lines.
- Buses replace trains on the Stony Point Line between Frankston and Stony Point from 8.30pm Friday 2 June to early August.
Sunbury Line
- Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunshine from 8.30pm to last service each night, Monday 10 July to Thursday 13 July.
- Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunshine from 9.30pm to last service, Monday 17 July.
- Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunshine from 9.30pm to last service each night on Wednesday 19 July and Thursday 20 July.

Upfield Line
- Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Upfield stations from 8.40pm to last service each night, Sunday 23 July to Wednesday 26 July.

Routes 19, 57 and 59
- Route 19, 57 and 59 trams will be affected by service changes from 8pm to last tram on select dates between Monday 27 February to Thursday 21 September.
Route 67
- Buses replace trams on Route 67 between Stop 53 Glenhuntly Tram Depot and Carnegie terminus from 9pm Friday 5 May to mid-July.
V/Line
Bairnsdale and Traralgon Lines
- Traralgon line trains will run at slower than normal speeds along parts of the line from Monday 26 June to Monday 24 July.
- Coaches replace Bairnsdale line trains for part of the journey from Monday 26 June to Monday 24 July.
- Coaches replace Traralgon Line trains for all or part of the journey at various times from Saturday 15 July until Wednesday 2 August.
Ballarat Line
- Coaches replace some trains on the Ballarat Line between Bacchus Marsh and Southern Cross Station from Monday 10 July to Friday 21 July.
- Coaches replace evening Ballarat Line trains for the entire journey from the evening of Friday 14 July to Sunday 16 July.
- Coaches replace evening Ballarat Line trains for the entire journey from the evening of Friday 21 July to Tuesday 25 July.
Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill Lines
- Trains will run at slower than normal speeds on sections of the Swan Hill Line to allow the newly installed infrastructure to bed down from Monday 26 June to Thursday 19 October.
- Coaches replace trains on the Swan Hill Line between Southern Cross and Bendigo at select times from Monday 10 July to Sunday 13 August.
- Coaches replace some trains on the Bendigo Line for the entire journey from Friday 14 July to Sunday 23 July.
Geelong and Warrnambool Lines
- Warrnambool Line trains will terminate at Geelong Station from Saturday 8 July to Sunday 23 July.
- Coaches replace some Geelong Line trains at Wyndham Vale and Tarneit on weekdays from Monday 10 July to Friday 21 July.
- Coaches replace evening Geelong Line trains for the entire journey from the evening of Friday 14 July to Sunday 16 July.
- Coaches replace evening Geelong Line trains for the entire journey from the evening of Friday 21 July to Sunday 23 July.
Seymour Line
- Coaches replace some evening trains on the Seymour line at various times from Sunday 23 July to Wednesday 2 August.
