- Craigieburn Line trains will run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop from 9pm to last service each night from Sunday 1 October to Wednesday 4 October.
- Buses replace trains between Broadmeadows and Craigieburn from 11.30pm Friday 6 October to last service Sunday 8 October.

Routes 12 and 35 (City Circle)
- Route 12 and 35 (City Circle) trams will experience service changes on select days in September.
Routes 12, 30 (City Circle), 35 and 57
- Routes 12, 30, 35 and 57 will experience service changes from Thursday 21 September to Sunday 1 October.
Routes 19
- Route 19 trams will be affected by service changes from first tram on Thursday 5 October to last tram on Monday 20 November.
Routes 57
- Route 57 will be affected by a permanent tram stop closure at Stop 17 Molesworth Street from Monday 28 August.
Routes 72
- Route 72 trams (to Camberwell) will not service a selected tram stop from Wednesday 9 August 2023 to Wednesday 31 July 2024.
- Route 72 trams (to Camberwell) will not service a selected tram stop from first tram on Friday 11 August 2023 to March 2024.
Routes 82
- Buses replace Route 82 trams between Footscray terminus and Moonee Ponds terminus from first service Saturday 7 October to last service Tuesday 10 October.
Routes 86 and 96
- Route 86 and 96 trams will experience service changes from 6am Saturday 7 October to last service Sunday 8 October.
Routes 109
- Buses replace Route 109 trams between Union Road and Box Hill Central from first tram Monday 2 October to last tram Thursday 19 October.
V/Line
Ararat, Ballarat and Maryborough Lines
- Coaches replace trains on the Ballarat, Ararat and Maryborough lines for part of the journey from Saturday 16 September until Thursday 28 September.
Bairnsdale and Traralgon Lines
- Coaches replace some Bairnsdale and Traralgon line trains for all or part of the journey at various times from Thursday 5 October to Wednesday 18 October.
Bendigo and Swan Hill Lines
- Trains will run at slower than normal speeds on sections of the Swan Hill Line to allow the newly installed infrastructure to bed down from Monday 26 June to Thursday 19 October.
- Coaches replace evening trains on the Bendigo Line for the entire journey from Sunday 8 October to Wednesday 11 October.
Geelong Line
- Coaches replace evening Geelong Line trains from Sunday 1 October to Tuesday 3 October.
Seymour and Shepparton Lines
- Coaches replace Shepparton Line trains for part of the journey from Sunday 1 October to Friday 24 November.
- Coaches replace Seymour Line trains for the entire journey from from the evening of Friday 6 October to last service Sunday 8 October.
