🚇Metro Trains
All Lines
No trains on any lines will run through the City Loop, with trams and replacement buses in place to help passengers move around the city and between City Loop stations from 11.30pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September.
Alamein, Belgrave, Glen Waverley and Lilydale lines
Alamein, Belgrave, Glen Waverley and Lilydale line trains may depart up to 8 minutes later from 12.01am Saturday 31 August to last train Sunday 1 September 2019, due to projects work.
Box Hill Station
Box Hill Station will be affected by lift access changes from Sunday 4 August to Thursday 29 August 2019, while upgrade works take place.
Craigieburn Line
Buses will replace train services between Flagstaff and Essendon stations from 12am Saturday 31 August to last train Sunday 1 September, while project works take place.
Cranbourne, Frankston and Pakenham lines
Buses will replace train services between Parliament and Caulfield stations from 8.20pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September, while project works take place.
Hurstbridge Line
Buses replace trains between Greensborough and Hurstbridge stations from 8.30pm Friday 6 September to last train Sunday 8 September 2019, due to maintenance works.
Hurstbridge and Mernda lines
Hurstbridge and Mernda line trains will depart Flinders Street up to 4 minutes later from 12.01am on Saturday 31 August to last train Sunday 1 September, due to works.
Sandringham Line
Buses replace trains between Flagstaff and Elsternwick from 8.30pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September, due to project works.
Sunbury Line
Buses replace trains between Flagstaff and Sunshine stations from 11.30pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September 2019, due to project works.
Upfield Line
Buses replace trains between Flagstaff and Upfield stations from 8.20pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September, due to works.
Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Upfield stations from 8.20pm to last train each night from Monday 2 September to Wednesday 4 September 2019, due to works.
Werribee and Williamstown lines
Buses replace trains between Flagstaff and Newport/Williamstown stations from 11.40pm Friday 30 August to last train Sunday 1 September, while works take place.
🚈Yarra Trams
All metropolitan tram lines
Due to protected industrial action, metropolitan tram services will not operate between 10am and 2pm on Friday 30 August 2019.
City Circle
Due to protected industrial action, City Circle trams will not operate on Monday 26 August, Wednesday 28 August, Thursday 29 August and will only operate after 4pm on Friday 30 August 2019.
Route 1
Buses replace trams on Route 1 trams from first tram Saturday 31 August to last train Friday 6 September 2019, due to tram track renewal works.
Route 96
Route 96 trams will not service a selected stop in St Kilda from 6.45am to 6pm on Sunday 1 September 2019, due to the Father’s Day Car Classic.
🚊V/Line
Albury Line
Albury Line trains will be replaced by coaches for the entire journey from Saturday 31 August to Monday 2 September, due to works taking place as part of the North East Line rail upgrade.
Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines
Road coaches replace trains on the Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines from the evening of Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September 2019, due to track works.
Bendigo Line
Road coaches will replace selected evening Bendigo, Eaglehawk and Epsom trains from Sunday 25 August to Wednesday 28 August, due to maintenance works.
Road coaches will replace selected evening Bendigo trains on Sunday 1 September and Monday 2 September 2019, due to track works.
Geelong Line
Road coaches will replace train services on the Geelong line from 9.20pm on Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September 2019, due to track maintenance works.
Seymour and Shepparton lines
Selected Seymour trains will be replaced by road coaches or experience service changes each evening from Tuesday 20 August to Thursday 29 August, due to track works.
