West Midlands - Early Summer Timetables

    From Sunday 2nd July, National Express West Midlands will change their service frequency across the West Midlands to the early summer timetables.

    The following services will be affected by these changes:

    Birmingham: 1, 4/4A, 6, 7, 8A/8C, 11A/11C/11S, 14, 17, 18, 23/24, 28, 35, 45/47, 49, 50, 61/63, 65/67, 72, 74, 76, 80, 82/87, 94/95, 97, 101, 822 & X14

    Black Country: 1, 5, 6, 6/6A, 10, 11, 11/11A, 29, 34/37/39, 74, 80, 87 & 529

    Birmingham

    1 | Acocks Green Village – Five Ways: The frequency of Monday – Friday off peak and Sunday journeys will be reduced to every 20 minutes. Early morning and evening journeys will run every 60 minutes.

     

    4 | Birmingham – Solihull: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes, and the Saturday frequency will also be reduced to every 15 minutes.

    4A | Birmingham – Solihull: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes, and the Saturday frequency will also be reduced to every 15 minutes.

    6 | Birmingham – Solihull: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 8-9 minutes, and the Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 11 minutes.

    7 | Birmingham – Perry Common: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    8A | Birmingham Inner Circle (Anticlockwise): There will be minor reductions on early Saturday and Sunday timetables, along with frequency reductions on Saturday evenings.

    8C | Birmingham Inner Circle (Clockwise): There will be minor reductions on early Saturday and Sunday timetables, along with frequency reductions on Saturday evenings.

    11A | Birmingham Outer Circle: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 9-10 minutes, off peak frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, and Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 11 minutes.

    11C | Birmingham Outer Circle: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 9-10 minutes, off peak frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, and Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 11 minutes.

    11S | Archbishop Ilsley School – Erdington: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 9-10 minutes, off peak frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, and Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 11 minutes.

    14 | Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes, and some late night journeys will be removed.

    17 | Birmingham – Tile Cross: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 9 minutes, off peak frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, and Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes.

    18 | Yardley Wood – Bartley Green: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12-13 minutes, and there will be reductions to the frequency of Saturday early morning and late afternoon journeys.

    23 | Birmingham – Bartley Green: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    24 | Birmingham – Woodgate Valley North: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    28 | Heartlands Hospital – Great Barr: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 12-13 minutes, and off peak frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes.

    35 | Birmingham – Hawkesley: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes, Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes, and Sunday frequency will be reduced to every 30 minutes.

    45 | Birmingham – Longbridge: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes all day. There will be a permanent change to the 45, which will terminate at West Heath after 9pm and no longer serve Longbridge. The frequency will also be reduced to every 20 minutes, combined with the 47 service.

    47 | Birmingham – Longbridge: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes all day. There will be a permanent frequency reduction to every 20 minutes, combined with the 45 service, to journeys after 9pm.

    49 | Solihull – Rubery, Great Park: The Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 30 minutes.

    50 | Birmingham – Druids Heath: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 5-6 minutes, off peak frequency will be reduced to every 6-7 minutes, and Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 8 minutes.

    61 | Birmingham – Frankley: The Monday -Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 13 minutes, and off peak will be reduced to every 15 minutes.

    63 | Birmingham – Frankley: The Monday -Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 13 minutes, and off peak will be reduced to every 15 minutes.

    65 | Birmingham – Perry Common: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes all day.

    67 | Birmingham – Castle Vale: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 15 minutes all day.

    72 | Chelmsley Wood – Solihull: The Monday – Friday peak frequency will be reduced to every 10 minutes, off peak will be reduced to every 12 minutes, and Saturday will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    74 | Birmingham – Dudley: Weekdays and Saturdays, will run to a frequency of every 6 minutes between Birmingham and West Bromwich, with a frequency of every 12 minutes to Dudley.

    76 | Solihull – Northfield: The Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 30 minutes.

    80 | Birmingham – West Bromwich: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    82 | Birmingham – Bearwood: The combined weekday frequency of services 82 & 87, between Birmingham and Cape Hill, will be reduced to every 6 minutes, with journeys to Bearwood reduced to every 12 minutes.

    87 | Birmingham – Dudley: The combined weekday frequency of services 82 & 87, between Birmingham and Cape Hill, will be reduced to every 6 minutes, with journeys to Dudley reduced to every 12 minutes.

    94 | Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    95 | Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    97 | Birmingham – Chelmsley Wood: The Saturday and Sunday journeys will be retimed. Sunday evening frequency after 9pm will be reduced to every 20 minutes.

    101 | Birmingham – Handsworth, The Leveretts: The Monday – Saturday frequency will be reduced to every 12-13 minutes.

    822 | Birmingham – King Edward VI Five Ways School: The afternoon journey from King Edwards School will be extended to Birmingham City Centre.

    X14 | Birmingham – Sutton Coldfield: There will be one Saturday morning journey withdrawn, and all last journeys will be retimed.

     

    Black Country

    1 | Dudley – Tettenhall Wood: Early summer timetable introduced.

    5 | West Bromwich – Sutton Coldfield: The weekday frequency will be changed to every 12 minutes.

    6 | Dudley – Stourbridge: Early summer timetable introduced.

    6 | Wolverhampton – Wobaston: There will be a revised weekday and Saturday timetable.

    6A | Wolverhampton – Wobaston: There will be a revised weekday and Saturday timetable.

    10 | Walsall – Brownhills: There will be a revised evening and Saturday timetable.

    11 | Wolverhampton – Underhill: Early summer timetable introduced.

    11 | Dudley – Walsall: There will be a revised Saturday timetable.

    11A | Dudley – Walsall: There will be a revised Saturday timetable.

    29 | Walsall – Bloxwich: Early summer timetable introduced.

    34 | Walsall – Bilston: There will be a revised Saturday and Sunday timetable.

    37 | Walsall – Willenhall: There will be a revised Saturday and Sunday timetable.

    39 | Walsall – Stowlawn: There will be a revised Saturday and Sunday timetable.

    74 | Birmingham – Dudley: Weekdays and Saturdays, will run to a frequency of every 6 minutes between Birmingham and West Bromwich, with a frequency of every 12 minutes to Dudley.

    80 | Birmingham – West Bromwich: The Monday – Friday frequency will be reduced to every 12 minutes.

    87 | Birmingham – Dudley: The combined weekday frequency of services 82 & 87, between Birmingham and Cape Hill, will be reduced to every 6 minutes, with journeys to Dudley reduced to every 12 minutes.

    529 | Wolverhampton – Walsall: Early summer timetable introduced.
