Unfortunately, the RMT union has called a strike for Sunday 26 November that will significantly affect CrossCountry train services.
Due to the strike, there is a reduced service. Amended train plans confirmed this week. If you are travelling on Sunday 26 November on a CrossCountry service, please travel as early as possible.
Some services may finish earlier than normal and some stations may have no services. Because there are fewer trains available all services, and replacement bus services, to be very busy.
Services delayed by 30 minutes or more are eligible for Delay Repay compensation. You can make your claim using our online form or by collecting a form from any staffed station.
CrossCountry ticket acceptance on Arriva Bus
On Sunday 26 November some Arriva bus services will be accepting Advance tickets. See the table below for the bus routes, tickets accepted between any points on the bus route.
