Weekend Service Update

May 14, 2026
🚇 Dublin Commuter & Rail (Iarnród Éireann)
    • Intercity & Commuter Timetables: Minor evening adjustments remain in place on the Northern Commuter and Maynooth/M3 Parkway lines due to routine signaling maintenance. Always check the live TFI app before travelling.

    • Belfast Enterprise: Cross-border services to and from the new Belfast Grand Central Station are operating normally, but minor schedule smoothing may cause slight departure adjustments.

🚌 Bus Éireann & Regional Delays

Several regional and commuter bus routes face temporary diversions and stop closures due to roadworks and community events:

    • Route 107 (Sunday, May 17): Due to the Nobber Agricultural Show, severe disruptions are expected between 09:00 and 19:00. Stops 131731 and 137881 in Nobber will not be served. Use alternative stops in Kilmainhamwood (12502 and 12503).

    • Route W6 (Go-Ahead Ireland): Ongoing roadworks in Celbridge mean diversions remain active. Stops 788, 7811, 7795, and 7794 are bypassed.

    • Galway/Western Region (Until May 21): Road resurfacing at the Monivea Road & Ballybane Road junction will cause daytime disruptions (09:00 to 16:00, Mon–Fri).

      • Route 401: Skipping Monivea Park, Ballybane Shopping Centre, and Rahylin Glebe.

      • Route 405: Terminating early at St. James’s Road.

    🚋 Luas
    • Status: Following a brief emergency-service disruption near Smithfield last week, both the Red and Green lines are currently operating a normal schedule.

    • Heads Up: Routine late-night maintenance may cause minor frequency drops after 23:00 on weekdays, but no full line closures are planned for this week.
