Christmas Service by Agency
- Metro
- Ride metro for free today! Metro is offering free rides this Christmas Eve!
- Tuesday, Dec. 24, starting at 4 a.m. through Wednesday, Dec. 25 at
3 a.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 24, starting at 4 a.m. through Wednesday, Dec. 25 at
- Metro will operate Sunday/Holiday service on Christmas Day, Wednesday Dec 25th.
- Ride metro for free today! Metro is offering free rides this Christmas Eve!
- Long Beach Transit
- Long Beach Transit will operate Holiday Schedule(click for details) on Christmas Day.
- OCTA
- OCTA will operate Sunday/Holiday service on Christmas Day.
- Foothill Transit
- Foothill Transit will operate Weekend service on Christmas Day.
- LADOT
- LADOT Commuter Express service will not operate on Monday, December 25, 2023 or Monday, January 1, 2024, with the exception of Route 142
- Commuter Express 142 will operate on its holiday schedule on Monday, December 25, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024.
- LADOT DASH service will not operate on Monday, December 25, 2023 or Monday, January 1, 2024, with the exception of routes – which operate a Holiday schedule:
- DASH Chesterfield Square
- DASH El Sereno/City Terrace
- DASH North Hollywood
- DASH Observatory/Los Feliz
- DASH Panorama City/Van Nuys
- DASH Pico Union/Echo Park
- DASH San Pedro
- DASH Southeast
- DASH Wilmington
- DASH Wilshire Center/Koreatown
- LADOT Commuter Express service will not operate on Monday, December 25, 2023 or Monday, January 1, 2024, with the exception of Route 142
- Montebello Bus Lines
- Montebello Bus Lines will operate Saturday service on Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- Big Blue Bus
- In observance of Christmas, Big Blue Bus will operate a weekend schedule on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
- Rapids 3, 7, and 10, and Routes 5, 15, 16, 41, 43, and 44 will not be in service on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
- UCLA Riders – Hilgard Terminal will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and Routes 1, 2, and 8 will Serve Charles E. Young/P2 Hub.
- Metrolink Trains
- On Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, Metrolink will operate on a normal weekend schedule across the Ventura County, Antelope Valley, San Bernardino, Orange County, 91/Perris Valley, and Inland Empire-Orange County lines. Metrolink trains will not run on the Riverside Line, which does not operate on weekends.
- Metrolink is again offering a $10 Holiday pass which provides unlimited rides on the day of purchase. The pass is available on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
- Culver City Bus
- Culver City Bus will operate Sunday service on Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- GTrans (City of Gardena)
- GTrans will operate Weekend service on Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- The following agencies will have no service on Christmas Day:
