Metro set to introduce Common Mobility Card

    Common Mobility Card to run on pilot basis in Buses.

    The BMRCL will launch the Common Mobility Card at Baiyappanahalli and Kempegowda metro stations.

    In another four months, the pair of new upgraded Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) gates will be installed at each of these two stations.

    Also, which would allow citizens to travel on Namma Metro and Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) using a single card.

    Based on the success of cards in these stations, BMRCL will implement the system across all the metro station.

    The One Nation One Card is the first National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) in India.
