Passenger Information Display Boards coming soon to BMTC bus shelters
BBMP has given permission to the BMTC for installation of the long-promised Passenger Information Display Boards.
Very soon, BMTC will be installing PISBs at all 2212 bus shelters in the city for the convenience of passengers. These boards will give the passenger ETA of buses on a particular route among other relevant information.
The Chief Secretary of Karnataka State Government T M Vijay Bhaskar during his recent meeting with officials from the BBMP and BMTC has ordered the installation of DPIS (Digital Passenger Information System).
