This diversion is necessary for track and signal replacement and other infrastructure work.

– Taking the Green Line C branch from Dean Road, about a 4-minute walk from Beaconsfield – Accessing the Green Line D shuttle from Reservoir, about a 10-minute walk from Beaconsfield

- E Branch service will be suspended between Brigham Circle and Heath St all day, every day, from August 2 through August 29 for track and intersection upgrades. Customers can use Route 39 bus service as an alternate.

Framingham/Worcester Line
- July 24-25, buses replace trains between S. Station & Framingham. Buses depart S. Station, Back Bay & Framingham on time. Between Newtonville & W. Natick, outbound buses depart 30 min prior to train departure times. No service Lansdowne & Boston Landing.This service change will allow for work on the the Intervale Road Bridge and Bacon Street Bridge replacement project. Normal train service operates between Framingham and Worcester.
Inbound passengers will experience a longer journey time of up to 15 minutes.
Buses will be free and ADA accessible, but no bikes will be allowed on board.
-For service to/from Boston Landing, passengers may use Route 57 bus (Watertown Yard – Kenmore Station), Route 64 bus (Oak Square – University Park or Kendall/MIT Station) or Route 66 bus (Harvard Square – Nubian Station).
-For service to/from Lansdowne, Kenmore or Fenway Station on the Green Line or Route 8 bus (Harbor Point – Kenmore Station), Route 57 bus (Watertown Yard – Kenmore Station), Route 60 bus (Chestnut Hill – Kenmore Station) or Route 65 bus (Brighton Center – Kenmore Station) - On July 23rd, a shuttle bus will replace Worcester Train 536 (10:20 pm from Worcester) between Framingham and South Station. There will be no service at Boston Landing and Lansdowne and passengers may experience longer travel times.
Normal Train service will operate between Framigham and Worcester.
