‘Shut down D.C.’ is a plan by climate change activists to block streets throughout D.C. Monday morning. There is a strong chance that it will affect your commute, and is slated to last until nighttime.
It is set to begin early Monday morning at four different locations: L’Enfant Plaza Metro station, Folger Park, Columbus Circle, and Farragut Square.
