Here’s the update on scheduled trackwork affecting services. Plan your trip and work out any extra travel time you need.
T1 North Shore Line
Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January
- Nightly from 10pm until 1.30am, trains may run to a changed timetable due to trackwork between Strathfield and Central.
Monday 27 January
- Buses replace trains between Gordon and North Sydney or Wynyard.
T1 Western Line
Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January
- Nightly from 10pm until 1.30am, trains run to a changed timetable and some will make extra stops at T2 Inner West Line stations between Ashfield and Macdonaldtown.
T2 Inner West and Leppington Line✈️
Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January
- Nightly from 10pm until 1.30am, Leppington trains run to a changed timetable and some will make extra stops at Homebush and Croydon.
T9 Northern Line
Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January
- Nightly from 10pm until 1.30am, trains run to a changed timetable and some will make extra stops at T2 Inner West Line stations between Croydon and Macdonaldtown.
Monday 27 January
- Trains run to a changed timetable between Berowra or Hornsby and North Sydney via Strathfield.
Blue Mountains Line 🛤
Until further notice
- Due to infrastructure damaged caused by bushfires, buses are replacing trains between Bathurst, Lithgow and Mount Victoria.
South Coast Line
Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January
- From 3.40pm Monday until 2am Friday, buses replace trains between Bomaderry and Kiama.
Sunday 26 January
- From 8am until 4pm, at Otford and Helensburgh, trains towards Central will depart from platform 2 not platform 1.
