City Circle🏙
Monday 23 December
- From 9.45pm to 2am, trains run in one directions only, from Central first stop Museum.
T1 Western Line
Thursday 26 to Monday 30 December
- Buses replace trains between Emu Plains and Penrith.
T2 Inner West and Leppington Line✈️
Monday 23 December
- From 9.45pm to 2am, trains run around the City Circle in one direction only, from Central first stop Museum.
Tuesday 24 December to Thursday 2 January
- From 8pm Tuesday until 2am Thursday, Homebush trains run to a changed timetable between Liverpool and the City via Regents Park, stopping at all stations between Liverpool and Lidcombe then running to the normal timetable between Homebush and the City.
Thursday 2 and Friday 3 January
- Trains run as normal between Parramatta or Homebush and the City but some Ashfield services will run between Liverpool and the City via Regents Park.
Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January
- Homebush trains run to a changed timetable between Liverpool and the City via Regents Park, stopping at all stations between Liverpool and Lidcombe then running to the normal timetable between Homebush and the City.
T3 Bankstown Line
Monday 23 December
- From 9.45pm to 2am, trains run between Liverpool or Lidcombe and Central, platforms 1-12, only.
Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 December
- From 8pm Tuesday until 10am Saturday, buses replace all trains between Campsie and Central.
Saturday 28 December to Sunday 5 January
- From 10am Saturday 28 December until 2am Monday 6 January, buses replace all trains between Campsie and Sydenham.
Monday 30 December to Sunday 5 January
- Nightly from 10pm on Monday 30 December, Wednesday 1, Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January, buses replace all T3 Bankstown Line trains between Campsie and Central, and all T4 Illawarra Line trains between Hurstville and Central.
T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line
Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 December
- From 8pm Tuesday until 10am Saturday, buses replace all trains between Hurstville and Central.
Saturday 28 December to Sunday 5 January
- From 10am Saturday 28 December until 2am Monday 6 January, trains run to a changed timetable, with extra trains running between Hurstville and Bondi Junction.
- Nightly from 10pm on Monday 30 December, Wednesday 1, Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January, buses replace all trains between Hurstville and Central.
T5 Cumberland Line
Friday 27 December to Friday 3 January
- Some trains run to a changed timetable.
T6 Carlingford Line
Monday 23 December
- From 11.10pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Carlingford and Clyde.
T8 Airport & South Line
Monday 23 December
- From 9.45pm to 2am, buses replace trains from Central to Sydenham via the Airport, in that direction only.
Thursday 2 and Friday 3 January
- Some trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern.
Blue Mountains Line 🛤
Thursday 26 to Monday 30 December
- Buses replace all trains between Lithgow and Penrith.
- Bathurst trains will be replaced by buses between Bathurst and Central.
Central Coast & Newcastle Line
Wednesday 25 December
- From 10pm until 2am, buses replace trains between Wyong and Hornsby.
Thursday 26 to Tuesday 31 December
- From 2am Thursday until 12pm Tuesday, buses replace trains between Wyong and Gosford. Express buses stop at Wyong, Tuggerah, Berowra and Hornsby.
- From 11pm Monday until 4am Tuesday, buses replace trains between Wyong and Hornsby.
Tuesday 31 December and Wednesday 1 January
- From 12pm Tuesday until 12pm Wednesday, trains run to a changed weekend timetable between Newcastle Interchange and Central.
Wednesday 1 to Friday 3 January
- From 12pm Wednesday until 11.30pm Friday, buses replace trains between Wyong and Gosford. Express buses stop at Wyong, Tuggerah, Berowra and Hornsby.
Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 January
- From 11.30pm Friday until 2am Monday, buses replace trains between Wyong and Hornsby.
South Coast Line
Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 December
