Great news for your daily commute! Starting Sunday, 12 July 2026, the Circle Line (CCL) is officially closing the loop.
After more than 30 years in the making, the opening of Circle Line Stage 6 completes the grid. By connecting HarbourFront directly to Marina Bay, you can now travel seamlessly across a full 39km continuous loop without ever switching trains.
π Meet the 3 New Stations
Three brand-new underground stations are bridging the final gap:
Keppel (CC30)
Cantonment (CC31)
Prince Edward Road (CC32)
β±οΈ Shorter Journeys, Zero Hassle
No more backtracking or making complex transfers. The completed loop provides direct access across 33 stations, featuring 12 giant interchanges linking you to every single MRT line in Singapore (NSEWL, NEL, DTL, and TEL).
Whether you are heading from Kent Ridge to Marina Bay for work, or Telok Blangah to Paya Lebar for food, your commute just got a whole lot faster.
π Travelling Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise?
Because the line is now a continuous loop, trains will run in two directions: Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise. To skip the guesswork, simply pull up your Moovit app before you board β we will instantly show you which direction to take for the absolute fastest route!
Update your app to the latest version to see the fully integrated MRT map and start planning your new, optimised routes.
See you on the loop! πβ¨
