Metro Trains
Alamein, Belgrave and Lilydale lines
- Buses replace trains between Parliament and Camberwell stations on the Alamein/Belgrave/Lilydale lines from 8.20pm Friday 6 March to last train Monday 9 March, while works take place.
Cranbourne and Pakenham lines
- Buses replace Cranbourne and Pakenham trains between Parliament, Flinders Street and Westall stations from 8.10pm Friday 28 February to last train Sunday 1 March, while project works take place.
Cranbourne, Frankston and Pakenham lines
- Buses replace trains between Parliament and Caulfield stations from 8.45pm to the last train each night, Monday 2 March to Wednesday 4 March, due to maintenance works.
Frankston Line
- Buses replace trains between Flinders Street, Parliament and Moorabbin stations from 8pm Friday 28 February to 9pm Saturday 29 February, while project works take place.
- Buses replace trains between Flinders Street, Parliament and Mordialloc stations from 9pm Saturday 29 February to last train Sunday 1 March, while project works take place.
Glen Waverley Line
- Buses replace trains between Richmond and Glen Waverley stations from 8.30pm on Friday 6 March to last train on Monday 9 March, due to maintenance works.
Mernda Line
- Buses replace trains between Epping and Mernda from 8.40pm to last train each night, Monday 2 March to Thursday 5 March, due to project works.
Pakenham Line
- Buses replace trains between Dandenong and Pakenham from 8pm to last train each night, Monday 24 February to Thursday 27 February, while project works take place.
- Buses replace trains between Dandenong and Pakenham from 8.30pm to last train on Thursday 5 March, due to project works.
Sunbury Line
- Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunshine stations from 8.30pm Friday 6 March to 12.45am Sunday 8 March, due to project works. Buses then replace trains between North Melbourne and Sunbury stations from 12.45am to last train on Sunday 8 March,
Werribee Line
- Buses replace trains between Newport and Werribee from 8.15pm to last train each night, Tuesday 25 February to Thursday 27 February, while project works take place.

Yarra Trams
Route 16
- Buses replace Route 16 trams along a section of Glenferrie Road from first tram to 7.15pm on Sunday 1 March, due to road closures for the Glenferrie Festival.
Route 19
- Buses will replace Route 19 trams in Brunswick from 12.01am to last service on Sunday 1 March, due to road closures associated with the annual Sydney Road Street Party
V/Line
Ballarat Line
- Road coaches replace selected evening trains on the Ballarat line from Saturday 7 March to Tuesday 10 March, due to Sunbury Line Upgrade and maintenance works.
Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill lines
- Coaches replace select evening trains between Southern Cross and Bendigo/Eaglehawk from Tuesday 18 February to Thursday 27 February, while track works take place.
- Coaches replace select evening trains between Southern Cross and Bendigo/Eaglehawk/Epsom from Tuesday 3 March to Thursday 12 March 2020, due to Sunbury Line Upgrade and maintenance works.
Geelong Line
- Road coaches replace selected evening trains on the Geelong line on Saturday 7 March, due to Sunbury Line Upgrade works.
Gippsland line
- Road coaches replace evening trains on the Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines from Monday 24 February to Thursday 27 February, due to Metro works.
- Road coaches replace trains on the Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines from the evening of Friday 28 February to the last service on Sunday 1 March, due to Metro works.
- Road coaches replace evening trains on the Bairnsdale and Traralgon lines from Monday 2 March to Wednesday 4 March, due to Metro works.
Seymour, Shepparton and Albury lines
- Coaches are currently replacing trains on the Seymour, Shepparton and Albury until further notice.
- Coaches will replace trains on the Seymour and Shepparton lines for the entire journey from Saturday 7 March to Friday 27 March, due to maintenance and infrastructure upgrades
